Premium subscription status and transaction history
AI input prompts, chat messages, selected ingredients, taste preferences, party-mode selections, session context, generated cocktail outputs, comments, ratings, support/feedback messages, and reported content details
Cocktail or profile photos/images you choose to upload
Device identifiers, crash data, performance data, and technical diagnostic logs
If ads are enabled, non-personalized advertising request data and advertising-related identifiers handled by third-party advertising SDKs

We do not store payment card information. All payments are processed by Apple.

7. Age Restriction

Cocktailly is intended only for users who have reached the legal drinking age in their country of residence. We do not knowingly collect data from users below the legal drinking age.

8. AI Processing Clause

User prompts, selected ingredients, taste preferences, party-mode selections, and session context submitted to AI features may be processed by third-party AI providers solely to generate cocktail suggestions, ingredient substitutions, party punch recipes, and content moderation results. AI-generated content is informational only and does not constitute medical, health, pregnancy, medication-interaction, legal-age, or personal-safety advice.

9. Data Retention

Personal data is retained while your account is active or as required by law. Behavioural data and summary preference scores derived from it are retained only as long as necessary for service operation, personalization, security, and product measurement. Data that is no longer needed is deleted, anonymized, or aggregated. Upon account deletion request, your data will be permanently deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except where retention is required by legal obligations.
