By downloading, installing, or using the Cocktailly application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, which serve as Cocktailly's End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. Eligibility – Legal Drinking Age

You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence to use this application. By using Cocktailly, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Legal drinking age requirements vary by country.

2. Responsible Alcohol Use

Cocktailly does not promote excessive alcohol consumption. All content, including recipes and AI-generated suggestions, is provided solely for culinary education and entertainment purposes. Users are solely responsible for their alcohol consumption decisions.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account using Apple or Google authentication. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your account credentials secure
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
Not transfer or share your account with others

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Cocktailly uses artificial intelligence to generate cocktail recipes and suggestions. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and does not constitute medical, nutritional, or professional advice. You acknowledge and accept that:

AI outputs are informational only and not guaranteed for accuracy
You should verify ingredients for allergies and dietary restrictions
Cocktailly is not liable for adverse effects from following AI suggestions
AI features may be modified or discontinued at any time

5. Service-Related Interaction Records

Cocktailly may record certain in-app actions, related timestamps, and summary preference scores derived from those interactions in order to operate the service, display saved and tried cocktails in your profile, personalize recommendations and notifications, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product. These records are limited to the scope described in the Privacy Policy and Data Protection Notice.

6. Premium Subscription

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID Account Settings
Cocktailly does not process or store payment card information
Refund requests must be directed to Apple

7. User-Generated Content

You may submit content such as cocktail ratings, comments, and favorites. By submitting content, you grant Cocktailly a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the application. You agree not to submit content that is:

Illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing
Infringing on intellectual property rights
Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive
Containing malicious code or spam

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property within the Cocktailly application are owned by or licensed to Cocktailly. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of any application content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cocktailly shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Health effects resulting from alcohol consumption
Inaccuracies in AI-generated content
Service interruptions or unavailability
Actions of third-party service providers

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cocktailly, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the application, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you:

Violate any provision of these Terms
Violate applicable laws or regulations
Create a threat to other users or system security
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity

12. Service Modifications

Cocktailly reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be adjudicated by the courts of the Republic of Turkiye.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
